This building is located on 13th Avenue and is a 29-story building. To go to the San Martin shopping center, look for 7th Street and 32nd Street, and there you will find "El Exito" where you can buy groceries and more. We are located 27 minutes from the airport along 26th Street.

You will be in the center of Bogota where everything comes together and you will feel like a true Bogotano, being very close to La Candelaria so you can see the oldest buildings in our city, so you can go up and see the whole city from the imposing Monserrate hill (and if you are very daring you can walk up it), try our typical dishes in the Plaza de la Perseverancia, eat exotic fruits on the Paloquemao tours or visit one of the oldest restaurants and eat a good tamale at "LA PUERTA FALSA", or go up the Colpatria tower, one of the tallest buildings in the capital. Inside the building there are communal areas that you can access once they are finished, it is a newly built building and there are things that are still to be delivered. However, we are very close to the San Martin shopping centre so you can buy your groceries and other items and on Carrera 13 you will find a lot of shops.
